Holiday Pies
Thanksgiving 2025 pie ordering is open! We're excited to bring you our favorite pie lineup of the season.
All pies are baked within two hours of pickup and should be served the day of! We proudly source all our fruit from the Santa Monica Farmers Market for their freshness and our ability to choose varieties based on flavor and ripeness. Our pie dough is made with culture butter and 20% Sonora whole grain flour from our friends at the Tehachapi Grain Project, because grains grown locally are as important as the local berries and apples we pile high in that flaky crust. Every pie comes with a reusable metal pie tin for your next baking adventure.

Miso Apple Crumble Pie with Apple Cider Caramel $70
We braise thick slices of Cuyama Orchards apples with white miso and stack them high over our flaky pie crust before topping them with our signature spiced crumble. Every pie comes with a generous helping of our apple cider caramel on the side.

Blueberry Ginger Crumble Pie $70
Three pounds of blueberries from Murray Family Farms and Forbidden Fruit Farms fill this pie; half of them cooked with fresh ginger from Thao Farms with the rest of the large, tart berries tossed in right before baking. Each pie comes with a serving of our blueberry coulis to pour over the crumble.

Tetsukabuto Squash Pie with Brown Sugar Meringue $65
We roast our favorite sweet squash from Tutti Frutti Farms for hours before caramelizing it with organic dark brown sugar and pouring the batter over a housemade whole grain graham cracker crust. Once baked and cooled, this pie gets topped with a thick layer of spiced brown sugar meringue to torch just before pickup.

Milk Bread Dinner Rolls $18
Our pack of 9 soft dinner rolls is baked in a panettone mold pretty enough to rest on your dinner table before tearing & sharing. These large molds take up a lot of space in our ovens, so quantities are limited!

Friday 11/28 pickup (11am-3pm)

2) Choose your pies and how many packs of rolls to bring to your dinner.
3) Give us a name and phone number where we can call should you forget about your order during this busy season!
PICKING UP YOUR PIES AND ROLLS
Pies will be marked with your name and ready to pick up without waiting in line (so long as you aren't purchasing any other pastries).
Please note that the pickup windows are designed to give our little ovens just enough time and space to make sure all pastries, breads and pies are freshly baked!
A NOTE ABOUT THANKSGIVING DAY
I (Clémence) will be the only one working on Thanksgiving in order to give our hard-working staff the day off to be with their families, so a limited number of additional pastries will be available on turkey day.
